Booking and payment

  1. Booking date will be held at time of purchase.

  2. Our booking partner Humanitix accepts payment by credit card or invoice.

  3. All invoices must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to your booking.

  4. Please include all desired add-ons at the time of purchase. 

Booking alterations by client request

  1. You may cancel your booking for any reason 14 days in advance of the original session date, in exchange for a full refund minus booking fees. To action a self-service refund or cancellation, use the Manage Order button on your order confirmation email.

  2. Non-hazardous inclement weather is not considered reasonable grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. No refund will be given.

Booking alterations initiated by Collingwood Children’s Farm

  1. In the event of hazardous weather, staff and resourcing concerns or any other unforeseen issue, Collingwood Children’s Farm retains the right to:

    1. Reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the booking date.

    2. Cancel and issue a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the booking date.

  1. Collingwood Children’s Farm reserves the right to assess the safety of our site for the delivery of services and the wellbeing of our clients, staff and animals.

In advance

  1. Per Camping group the Client must Designate a Lead for contact and orientation 

  2. Please review the emergency evacuation procedure outlined in the confirmation pack.

  3. Sleeping in the barn must be arranged in advance to allow CCF staff to move fixtures.

  4. Additional storage space may be available by prior arrangement, depending on availability.

On Site

  1. While onsite, the client is responsible for safe and respectful use of Farm amenities. Costs incurred due to damage or improper use will be removed from your bond.

  2. Injuries to CCF staff or visitors arising from client’s non-compliance will be considered the fault of the client and they will be held liable for any related costs.

  3. All tent pegs, food waste and general rubbish are the client's responsibility to remove from the site. On-ground waste management may be available by prior arrangement, depending on availability.

  4. CCF Staff may arrive on site from 7:30am. Tents must be packed down by 8:30 am and all vehicles off the site by 9:00 am.
